It was seriously a joy to be with this laid back family. <3 They were so easily themselves and able to have fun together even though as a mom I know photoshoots can feel stressful b/c I've been on that side of the camera too! I always admire when moms and dads are just chill even when things feel crazy for a minute there. We ended up getting such beautiful images b/c THEY were so natural and fun! This newborn session was a few months back but I just realized how far behind I was on my blog so here it is! Man oh man... Griffin was a HANDSOME baby boy. We took advantage of the amazing outdoor light and their awesome yard for much of the shoot and I think the photos turned out so beautiful! <3

This was my first time shooting at Jeni's icecream and it was so much fun! The light was gorgeous and what is not sweet about watching a one year old enjoy some of his first ever treats with his mama and daddy?! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of and capture this sweet day Allison and Mark!
Watching friends become parents is literally the best! Chris and Mo had baby Beckett 5 weeks early and at 5 pounds he is definitely the smallest baby I've ever shot! :) He's like a tiny baby doll and was sooo sweet and sleepy. He slept the whole hour and a half.. pretty sure he thinks he's still in the womb! <3 Chris and Mo, thank you for letting me in and letting me snap some photos of these sacred first few weeks.
